First full Rock Band album coming next week
Though the never-ending stream of new downloadable songs for Rock Band is much appreciated by the rabid fan base, the sort of downloadable content fans have been clamoring for since the game’s release in November 2007, that is full album downloads, has been nothing but a promise left unfulfilled, until now that is. Harmonix and MTV Games have announced that next week will bring Rock Band’s first full downloadable album – Judas Priest’s Screaming For Vengeance.
Below’s the list of tracks that will be included in the album:
- “The Hellion”
- “Electric Eye”
- “Riding on the Wind”
- “Bloodstone”
- “(Take These) Chains”
- “Pain and Pleasure”
- “Screaming for Vengeance”
- “You’ve Got Another Thing Comin’”
- “Fever”
- “Devil’s Child”
(All ten tracks utilize the original master recordings)
(“The Hellion” & “Electric Eye” will be offered together as 1 DLC track)
The full album will set you back $14.99, while individual tracks will cost $1.99. In addition, Harmonix revealed that The Cars’ The Cars and the Pixies’ Doolittle are the next two albums that will be made available for Rock Band. The Who aficionados, here’s what the developer said on the long-promised album Who’s Next:
“Stay tuned! We’ll have updates on upcoming DLC soon, including The Who, as information becomes available.”
