Previously expected to be released in November this year, the movie-to-game adaptation of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince is now slated to hit retail in Summer 2009 alongside its silver screen brother.

Following the news that Warner Bros. has pushed back the release of the feature film Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince to Summer 2009 due to marketing reasons, it was only a matter of time before Electronic Arts would the same for the official videogame of the movie. Here’s hoping this delay will result in a better, more polished Harry Potter videogame.
