XBLA: Survey reveals Dead Space Extraction
An EA gaming survey has revealed possible plans to include two brand new games to the Xbox Live Arcade under the titles of ‘Dead Space Extraction’ & ‘Planet Cracker’. Both games were listed as possible pre-order incentives to purchase ‘Dead Space 2′ which is currently in development.

Dead Space: Extraction is currently a video game for the Wii that is a prequel to Dead Space. The survey’s description of the Xbox 360 port indicated that the game would feature the same FPS horror gameplay in full HD, with an estimated retail price of $15.
The second title Planet Cracker, was described as a resource strategy game where players will manage a CEC Mining operation. Players will focus on attempting to maximize their daily profit and defend their hard won ore from Space Pirates. Planet Cracker was billed in the survey as an extension to the story of Dead Space 2 and could have in-game rewards for the retail version of the sequel.
Until EA have made official announcements, both titles can only remain a rumour.
